Honestly such a fun experience! The food was also super yummy. A bit spicy so just beware but everything was so tasty and just overall fun! They don't really let you actually look things from what I can tell but it's still a really cool experience. You have to get the cucumber salad, it is better than din tai fung!!

I went with some friends to check out Yipin Chuan in Ktown, Los Angeles last week. It felt different from the skewers in the Chinese district. There is a small stove under the table that can keep the temperature and aroma of the skewers., Los Angeles. It felt different from the skewers in the Chinese district. There is a small stove under the table that can keep the temperature and aroma of the skewers. I have to say that their stir-fried dishes are really amazing to me, especially the Guobao Pork, which is made in an old-fashioned way and is really crispy on the outside and tender on the inside without being chewy. Of course, we also ordered the Fat Sausage, which is not inferior to the Fat Sausage at all. It's very clean and the thickening is just right. Personally, it surpasses many restaurants that specialize in Northeastern cuisine.

Did you know there is an area in China that borders Korea that speaks Korean and celebrates Korean traditions? This place caters to that, with a hybrid Chinese-Korean style menu and service. The waiters speak fluent Chinese, Korean, and English, and the menus also contain the 3 languages. You get some small side dishes in traditional Korean restaurants, but you also get many Chinese dishes. Best of both worlds! Parking is a $3 valet when I went. I ordered their beef and lamb kabobs, sweet and sour pork, clams, and other small dishes. For starters, their kebab game is really good; the sizes are pretty big and are fresh with traditional northern style seasonings. They have an automatic rotating grill that helps you grill/heat up kebabs, which is cool. The sweet and sour pork has qualities of a chinese-korean mix - you'll know if you had guobaorou/tang suyuk. Their clams with vermicelli were plentiful in meat and yummy. I just wish they gave you more seasonings for the kebabs on the side. The decor is really nice and feels a little like a place to drink with friends in China/Korea. You can tell it's locally owned. While the food was pretty good, and offered a plethora of authentic Chinese/Korean fusion, the prices are a little on the expensive side. It was about $200 for 4 people, and the party wasn't entirely full afterwards.

I came to eat late after an event and the restaurant wasn't too crowded. Skewers are always a good idea. But also recommend the SHREDDED POTATO and the SCALLOP CLAM. ENJOY! PS: Since it was late we were able to get parking in the lot.
